Amazing scenery & photographs aicolainen! I am of Norse decent myself.

A'course yesterday was a trail day here for me, so my "normal" trail carry & a few extra photos for Wartstein and any others who might enjoy just a bit of photographic contrext

Image

Luna Moth (first of the year, for me)

Image

while I do like to cover miles, there is Always time to stop, appreciate beauty, and "smell the flowers". There were very many of these throughout the day

Image

the long standing adage of "the trail provides", holds true again today, including this masterpiece of art. I am yet again Grateful just to have been out there for it all

There's something about these lines and forms that makes me think of Jaguar E-Type or Spitfire.

Battlestation today. Waiting for some sharps containers to be picked up and disposed of when I saw a photo op. Those are empty Moderna COVID-19 vaccine vials in there.

Still one of my favorite Spydies just because of the wonderful steel and edge is the humble ZDP Delica. This is one of the best slicers in my collection and I find it a dream to sharpen.
