if you are the praying type, my son broke his radius and ulna (both bones in his forearm) yesterday afternoon and is having surgery this morning to set and repair them. he's a cool kid and so tough.
Hey man, when I was 8 years old I broke my radius and ulna in my left arm. I will never forget picking my arm up and just watching it fold in half.

Anyways I hope your son recovers with no issues.
I broke both bones in my left arm and had to have them rebroken because they didn’t set right. They did it under local anesthesia. I was pretty young but still remember it.

I carried a Spydie in the hospital when my son was born. It was my Centofante4 and I plan to gift it to him someday.

I hope your son has a speedy recovery!

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. I never broke a limb except fingers, but I did crash a KDX200 and dislocated and broke my shoulder. Was a long and uncomfortable recovery, but you can’t shoot a bow without a good shoulder and I wasn’t about to skimp on the therapy exercises.

I think I had my Benchmade 525 for the birth of all 4 kids... I did order myself a push present the day of the second set’s birth, a Dozier Personal in D2 and cocobolo with brass pins. Would be fitting to give it to my son. Later. He’s got a Mora Companion for now :D

I carried a SE Native 5 and I have it reserved to gift it to him when the appropriate time comes.

So cool we have these thoughts

I broke my left arm when I was 5. It was a greenstick fracture, meaning that the bone hadn't fully broken apart, so when we got to the hospital, the doctor had to break it the rest of the way. No anesthesia. It happened pretty fast, though.
