I didn't see it mentioned anywhere, someone please chime in if you happen to know. I think the fact that they sold out in ~20 minutes and there are a grip of them up on ebay, with many sellers offering two for sale... I think 1 per household in this day and age is the right call. The exclusives like these are completely up to the shop that buys the exclusive from Spyderco, they paid for them so they are theirs to sell as they see fit, which I completely respect, but these all go so fast that I think a 1 per household model would equate to a few more in users pockets and a few less on the bay... sigh. So it goes. I'm really glad I didn't want this model.

I think I read on a facebook private group that Jason Thoune, the owner of DLT, stated that while they do not release official quantities, the number of Manix 2s were the same as the PM2 and Para3s. So it definitely is a demand issue... Manixes aren't just as popular as the paramilitary series.

I Was excited to get mine in the mail today. When I took the knife out of the packaging I noticed a blemish on the blade just above the maker's mark resembling a pencil line. I can't tell if its a scratch in the finish or if its a scuff on the finish that will clean up. Any advice on how I should proceed is appreciated.

Awesome mail call yesterday! The DLT Manix and this hilarious hank. I don't usually do the hankerchief thang, but I couldn't resist this one.

Btw, I'm pretty sure DLT has some sort of shipping superpower. Everything I've ordered from anywhere else for the last two months has taken twice as long as usual to reach me, if not longer. And yet, somehow the DLT packages still get here in 2-3 days. Whatever they did to charm USPS, I support it!

It's from Phoenix Hanx. It's got trees on the back side - they look very happy and little. :p
