That's one I was considering when they were released. I was on the fence because they're kind of pricey. The discount to pick up a second made it somewhat easier. Like I said, I'll be interested to see how it's flawed. Not sure if I'll pick up anything else. Shouldn't be buying any more knives haha

I'm thinking I'd like to get something in K390, or some other tool steel. That SpyOpera is very tempting as well. Other than that, I might go for some of the Byrd models as gifts for friends.

I got my Para 3 and Native 5! The Para 3 isn't the camo handle variant I really wanted ( but it is the still pretty cool blackout) and the Native is partially serrated, but I'm very thankful I got what I could, at a price I could actually afford; for less than the price each is as firsts. With all the snags I hit since 12PM when it started, I'm glad I was able to at least get the basic models I wanted, in a good steel. I also picked up a stainless handle Byrd Robin.


With S30V, they'll take anything I need. These are also my first S30V knives--all my other Spydies are VG1, GIN-1/G2, and H1. The Para 3 I could afford, formerly, was a BD1? variant I think.

Congrats! My first PM2 was the black out model and I really liked it. I sold it after I picked up the OD green/DLC version. I think you'll like it and you can sometimes pick up the digi-cam scales for a pretty good price if you decide you'd prefer that

The base G10 model has always been S30V. It's the base Para 3 LW model that's BD1N

Hoping for one of the hatchet models or something in the native family. Already got a Maxamet PM2 this morning.

Hoping to see more of the fixed blades pop up, or some of the bread and butter folders (Delica/Endura/Police), but I doubt very much I see those honestly. Oh they might pop up but they'll be goooooone before I see them, ha.

Well, finally got my order through, cross one off the initial list of three, snagged a camo Military :D . The other couple impulse purchases sold out before I could successfully get through, but I still snagged a couple bandanas and a coffee mug as well, so I'm happy.

Thanks to Spyderco for fending off all the bots they can, and for hosting what seems to be a crazy successful sale, cause I can't imagine what the workload looks like with all these orders.

I was hoping to get para 3 or native 5 but the due to lag was not able to. or some keychain knife. I will try again tomorrow.
