Just grabbed the Native Spy27 for $88. That price is low enough for me to try out this new steel. Thanks for the heads up!

St. Nicks is running a few Spyderco knives at last years prices. I couldn’t resist picking up a Kapara for $188.50!

Also you could pick up a standard S30V Military @ knife hub after 10% off for roughly $160. I think that’s not bad at all.

(Wrong pic; it’s showing the DLC version)

30% off at www.gandrtactical.com no coupon needed. Look like it works on only knives. Sage1 Maxamet inbound, I was charged $9 shipping. Some examples:

Sage1 Maxamet $145
Spydie Chef $164
Endura K390 $90
Spyopera $122
They added the Swayback($191)and Ikuchi($98). More Maxamet Sages in stock now too.

I had to pick up a Swayback for less than $200, including shipping. Great deal, thanks!

Wow, their stock was depleted in a few hours today! I saw a lot of models change to "out of stock" on their website. There were a number of hard to resist deals available.

Indeed, it was a feeding frenzy. I only watched for a little bit, but lots of good deals. Many still to be had.

I restrained myself to just a few that i have been wanting. Both edge types of LC Pacific Salt and a SPY27 Native. I had been planning to go for the SPY Manix2 LW, but couldn't pass up the deal on a platform i love for a steel i wanna try. Almost went for more, but succeeded in deleting from cart before checkout.

I couldn't pass up the Swayback at $200...definitely an impulse buy, but I have wanted to try one since about 2018 haha!
So it goes.

Agree! Some Natives (including the blurple), some Salts, some Delicas and a few other things are showing available.

Tell me about it. My deal disappeared from my cart! It was there one moment, and on the following screen to pay, it was unavailable. Well, at least I still have my money, which I probably need more than another blade.

Question: How did almost all the dealers come to be in lock step with each other? No other dealer will make a black friday or cyber monday deal?

I was tempted by a couple of deals like the Sun and Moon Chaparral and SpyOpera but ultimately decided to save my money for the online seconds sale.

and the short answer to your question - MAP.

Long answer - Minimum advertised pricing. :D

Right, but then, how is it that a G&R type sale occurrs occasionally (rarely)?

I think the workaround is the price is not advertised, the discount only applies in the cart.
