I'm also keen on the szabo-fly, pikal, waved endura, and (HUZZAH!) the yojimbo trainer.

Michael, the Tsunami is already listed on G Sakai's site, so am betting it is somewhere in the pipeline.

Thanks zackerty. G Sakai is a Japanese knife manufacturer in Seki City. They are one of the firms that manufacture the Seki made Spyderco models. There are a number of other makers there which Spyderco uses as well. G Sakai also sells retail, and since they already are showing the Tsunami on their own website, I'm guessing it is one of the ones they make.

Please remember, this info is approximate.

I'm very curious about the new Delica... are there any estimates of how much it is going to cost? I was planning on getting a Delica sometime soon but I am now going to wait after hearing that the new one is using ZDP-189 steel.

Also, I found a couple websites that claim to be selling the new Delica. Have there been any preliminary models shipped to retailers? Or are these websites forgetting to mention that these particular knives are not currently in stock?

the knife hasn't been released yet so it's only pre-orders...
