It's a great knife for those sorts of tasks.

Mine was put into indefinite kitchen duty. I use it for breaking down large cuts of meat.

Such a good knife and I keep mine nearby most of the day. Shame that they disco'd it but I'm glad I got one. It has me wanting the now disco'd Bradley Bowie.

Stretch 1. Still one of the very best. :)

Seen here on a window of the Salzburg fortress, view down from there on the old town (the big church in the foreground: Salzburg Cathedral. First built around 770 a.D., but the cornerstone of the today still existing baroque cathedral was laid in 1614 (and then it took them about 40 years to complete it).
