It's a great knife for those sorts of tasks.
Mine was put into indefinite kitchen duty. I use it for breaking down large cuts of meat.

I just wanna finally tell you that I love your pictures of regular production blades. I feel like very often here, the plain janes don’t receive enough appreciation. The native chief, that native 5... I know this is a zome endura, but still... I had to finally say it, I appreciate the plain Jane models almost more than I do the sprints that get all the special attention. Thank you.
