This is a week in which we've got some super important games. The games in which there is a lot on the line this early in the season are the following:
Chiefs over Ravens ( Whoever wants it the most will win the game>> it's that close on this one)
Cowboys over the Seahawks ( I do believe their upset over the Falcons will continue>> I predict this upset as well)
Bills over the Rams ( I like the Bill's defense>> I think they will upset the Rams)
Raiders over the Patriots ( I do think that Jon Gruden will shock the country with this upset)
Those are some games with heavy importance even this early in the season.

Tonight's game I believe will increase "Minshew Mania"
Jags over the Dolfins
Texans over Steelers ( That is a bad pick on paper but I don't think DeShaun Watson will let his team go 0-3)
Bengals over Eagles ( Yes!! Wentz will disappoint everyone that bad  )
49ers over Giants
Titans over Vikings ( The Vikings have really disappointed me this year>> it won't change)
Browns over Washington ( Too many distractions for Washington to win IMO)
Bears over Falcons ( the Bears have depth)
Chargers over Panthers ( no upset in this game)
Colts over Jets ( The Jets are in real need of leadership)
Broncos over the Bucs ( my big upset pick of the week)
Cardinals over Lions ( Cardinals may be the biggest surprise in the NFL this year)
Saints over the Packers ( almost too close to call)
Chiefs over the Ravens ( probably by only a field goal>> glad we got Harrison Butker  )

Ha, Tom lives rent free in his head.

He picked both the Pats and Bucs to lose. Ha!!!

Hahaha, yeaaaaa Denver without their starting qb, without their #1 WR, without Von Miller, without their #2 RB...they have no chance!

If you look to the right of the pick you will see that it's my "major upset pick of the week". Realistically it would probably have about 80 to 1 odds at a Casino  But that's my roll of the dice for the week.

It would be the equivalent of the Dolfins beating the Patriots in the final week of the 2019 regular season which gave the Chiefs home field advantage throughout the playoffs. Although it's debatable as to whether it really did the Chiefs a lot of good  They were playing from behind in every game in the playoffs and Superbowl. And this year I doubt if home field is that big of a factor anymore

That pick is really no worse than Spydergirl's pick of the Cardinals over the 49ers in Week #1 when you think about it :D

Not true!!! They retired Mr. Ed when the Show went off the air  :D

Again my pick of the Broncos over the Buccaneers is no more lop sided that your pick of the Cardinals over the 49ers in Week #1 :)

Right, I saw that, I was just wondering if you had a logical reason for it. Guess not...

I have a feeling, when it comes to the Patriots and Buccaneers this year, you'll have a "reason" to pick against them every week this season.

OK what ever you say

I would sure hate to see how upset you would get if a "real life" issue would ever confront you

Thanks, JD. That really helps explain why you chose one NFL team to win over another NFL team here in the "NFL Season: 2020-2021" thread.

So far tonight's game reminds me of preseason... I know it's still early hopefully it gets going like last Thursday's game between Browns and Bengals
