I'm glad you reopened this thread too! Mine sees a fair amount of pocket time. It's a timeless design. My son, who purchased mine for me, has renewed his love affair with his.

I’d say the Endura is an ideal EDC for me and in a way it’s my most carried platform usually as my SE to compliment a PE (summer time sees the Pac Salt and winter an actual Endura.) It’s a great all purpose size/design and not overly intimidating for use around the general public. However I prefer the added length, when needed, on the Police and the Chief and the locked in grip of the Manix for heavy work. In short, if I’m grabbing a blade for general EDC the Endura/Pac Salt is a sweet spot for me unless I know I’ll need something specific to the day’s tasks.

I had a great moment the other day at work. Most days I carry my zdp Endura. I was showing it to a coworker. He enjoys Spyderco, but mainly carries a bugout.

He looked at it. The comments on how long the blade is. Then he holds it, and it was like flipping a switch. As soon as he realized how well it locks in the hand. He was sold.

Me. Daily for 30ish years Although it spends most of its day in my bag when I am at work now it's always close to hand. Several conversation with the HR morons finally resulted in me giving up and not clipping it to my pocket. I went to the waistband under my shirt for several years but that became problematic as well. Stupid. It's a tool, not a weapon. I hate politically correct HR people. Oh well. I get around that by using my dragonfly as a tool. It's my moneyclip and always in my pocket and my keychain has a ladybug on it. My endura's have been and remain my first love. Squirrelcop

Lucky for me I live in South Africa and we have zero knife laws, you can carry a machete if you want to :D
Endura is one of my favorite EDC knives. I Have the V-Toku sprint and it sees plenty of pocket time.
I Ordered a Pacific Salt 2 witch should arrive in a couple of days. I'm pretty excited to get it :spyder:
