Summertime CORN!!!
Re: What "Other" is in your pocket???
I picked up a Cabela’s exclusive Osborne today. They commissioned a carbon fiber/pakka wood handle and D2 steel on these.

Congrats, the Osborne has always been on my short list of “to get” knives.

MacLaren, that 187 DP model just about has a grip on me, I'm fighting it hard! I've never owned a Chris Reeve knife before, not that I think they're overpriced, more of the fact that I'm cheap!
Several months back I held a large Inkosi Insingo, I was blown away with how it fit & felt in my hand! I *think* it was $475? If it had an opening hole I would have bought it right then and there, I just do NOT like thumb studs!
This Medford has an opening hole......and I'm sure the machining, and fit & finish are 100% top shelf, trust me I've done my research, but it would have to be one of the most impractical, unrealistic purchases I've ever made! Strictly speaking for me, not you, heck I'm jealous!
And this is coming from an idiot who keeps anywhere from 15 to 20 custom, rare, limited number, exclusive Rawlings ball gloves at any one time! Not a regular, store bought retail glove in the bunch!
Pick your poison, right?

Lol, thanx man!
Btw, I would highly recommend that 3V 187 DP
Get one while they still have them. DLT Trading, its an exclusive.
They also have after pay, which means 4 interest free payments and after you make the 1st payment they go ahead and send the knife to ya!!
I'll do a thread on that USMC w/more pics

Thank you, its M390, its so solid for an OTF. Rick got me hooked on the Microtechs, the Ultratechs are my favorite but this Combat Troodon is growing on me!!
