Thanks Red! Actually this is a Pioneer, a model just a bit bigger than the Cadet but quite similar.

Nice pic! I'm a sucker for that blue and rusty orange background.
Haha, yea that spot does always seem to catch your eye! One of my favorite spots in the boneyard (where a majority of my pics are taken)

DualSports are my favorite machines! I still regret selling my NX650. Currently on the hunt for a Transalp.

I don't do a lot of(any) street riding anymore, though.
After tearing around briefly on an FZR1000, I decided that my responsibilities were far too great to risk:
A.) Riding a machine that accelerated from 0-60 in 2.9s.
B.) Riding 100% on the streets around all these morons in cars, that are playing on their phones.
Image

Now, I just stick to dualsports and my secret pleasure, scooters... Scooters are like couches you can ride around town on. They are excellent!

Oh... I'm carrying my Micro Dyad and Mantra today.
That's a great old classic. Round headlight Japanese bikes from that are are my absolute favorite. Had my eyes on the lookout for a Honda RC45 for the better part of a decade now. My VFR is a close second though.

I love the classics. That thing was a monster, a beautiful monster. Give it a fist full of throttle in 5th, at 90mph and the back tire would spin.

I love Hondas, aswell. But, I'm conflicted on the motorcycle side. I love two stroke street bikes more than ANYTHING and Honda killed them off.
"We have taken the technology as far as it can go."

No, they were reliable, had fewer parts and were easy to fix. Four strokes, on the other hand, are far more complex and required more specialized tools. It was basically a lobby by Honda against two strokes in MotoGP, under the guise of advancing technology. In actuality, it was to increase post-sale profits(parts) and bolster their dealer's service department revenue.

Sorry for the tangent! How bout them knives, eh?

These scales really are amazing. I'm debating on swapping them to the Rex45 Shaman, since I prefer that to Cruwear...but it feels like it would be a sin to do that to this particular sprint!!

The camera on my phone is terrible in low light, but I managed to get a pic of one of the two owls that were within 100 feet of me. Several times, they flew down to the ground and back up to the trees. You can see it's eyes glowing from the flash of my camera.

The ATS55 thread made me pull this out for today ... I prefer the old pointy blade shape (and no jimping)
