CF shread and I would DEFINITELY also get it if it was ivory G10. I think this is shaping up to be one heck of a knife.

I am doing my best, but this is taking up a fair amount of my head-space and time, much more than I expected. There definitely is no pleasing everyone, but the displeased make the most noise, and that is all I am getting at the moment, so your compliment means more than you realise.

I personally am not particularly interested in this model and won't get one, but still I really think you're doing a great job and are showing a lot of commitment!

I did not vote, as there's no option for "none of the above" and, while I strongly prefer the Ivory G-10 option (assuming it's polished and not peel-ply) and would just as strongly inclined not to purchase a knife using "shred CF" as I find it consummately ugly, I would be willing to purchased the knife if the scales were matte CF along the lines of that used on the Kiwi and Kopa or any color (aside from that gross looking jade green used on the Leafstorm) of G-10 either polished or corrugated like that on the PPT and Zulu.

The Damasteel already has a busy pattern, why anybody would want the handle to be busy as well (shred CF) beats me.

I feel this way too. With that being said, I think that I could always change the handle for something else, and put the shred on my blue 110v.

I'd prefer CF, but the handle is not very important to me, and the ivory G-10 would be fine. If I don't like it, it's within my skill set to swap out the G-10 scales, even if they're pinned. I also expect that the G-10 will come in cheaper than the CF, which is another advantage.

I voted cf shred, but would buy if it were ivory g10. I figure it really should have a pretty handle too. But I won’t pass on g10 either. It’ll come down to if I’m able to score one at all.
