Just finished an outdoors overnighter in Austrias largest, non glaciated mountain range. A lot of wilderness there for middle European standards. Love it! :)
My Micarta scale Endura was with me: When going light (so carrying no fixed blade) and food prep is part of the tasks, for me there is no better choice among the folders I own (maybe the FRN Police would be even better, but I never even handled one).
Generally, the ffg Endura for me is the most versatile folder I personally ever had. Wish it came in full SE (or, alternatively: The SE Pac Salt came in ffg (and than probably LC200N)

Julia, how´s it going with you Manix LW meanwhile? Does it break in even more and you can operate the lock the way you´re used to despite the wire clip?
I am still loving my Manix LW... One of my best "knife decisions" to come back to this model... :)

It is definitely better. I can swing the blade shut easily now, which is great. I still prefer a drop shut blade with the cbbl, but I do think it'll get there. I don't think I'll ever love the lightweight quite as much as the g10 version, but for summer carry in light shorts it really is great.Wartstein wrote: ↑Mon Jul 06, 2020 12:23 amI do like outdoor/knife pics! :)prndltech wrote:[img]

Really glad the new one came with a pocket slip!
