I was typing out a joke, but decided that it was...

...in poor taste.

It was funny, though!

the swayback looks beautiful. and i love the titanium handle and xhp steel. i’ll probably never afford it though.

the long-awaited yojumbo is a little disappointing from the pictures. it’s clear the blade is heavily protruding into the compression lock area and the finger bumps look even more uncomfortable. i’ll have to see that one in a human hand before i believe different.

the canis and rock jumper both look excellent.

i may be tempted by a k390 model if i end up moving from hawaii in the future.

i’m really excited to see a new mule team offering. i need to read more about this new steel, but regardless, it’s nice to see the mules coming back to life because i like the overall size and shape and never had a chance at one in the past.

maybe a swick...? i love lc200n, but i’m not sure i love that design.

some pretty strange offerings this time. honestly, i’m a little underwhelmed, but very happy to see spyderco still producing and continuing to push boundaries, even if it’s not in the way that excites me personally.

keep up the good work, spyderco!

Not a single "Military familiy member", especially no PM2 or Para 3 variant.
There’s a Military 2 with comp lock coming down the pipeline as stated in Sals bombshells.

Personally I think this reveal is refreshing without so much focus on PM2 and Para 3
I noticed that as well, I'm wondering if that is a reflection of Golden being more swamped than Seki??? Just a passing thought....

Want:
Endura (probably 2)
Mule (at least 2)
Swick (eventually all 4 variations)
Chief

Considering:
Canis
RockJumper
Shaman
Yojumbo

Now I can’t find my wallet, I think my wife hid it.

SwayBack would’ve been an ideal EDC with a 2.99” blade length, 0.12” blade thickness and weighing less than 3 ounces even with a $273 street price if it had a machined titanium clip.

Image

“Inspired by 19th century English Jack knives, the sway back pattern is a stylish and extremely functional cutting tool. In his latest Spyderco collaboration, renowned Polish knifemaker Marcin Slysz supercharges this classic design by rendering it with state-of-the-art materials and craftsmanship. The SwayBack’s hollow-ground Wharncliffe blade is crafted from CTS® XHP stainless steel and has a handsome stonewashed finish. It is housed in an open-backed handle constructed with solid titanium scales. Both scales are beautifully crowned for comfort and the reverse-side scale forms the foundation of a sturdy Reeve Integral Lock (R.I.L.) with a stainless steel interface. A polished stainless steel clip provides convenient carry and is reversible for left or right-side tip-up access.”

I'm thinking the Swick in SE would kinda scratch my itch for a Caspian Salt. Does anyone have an idea of the street price?

I guess I forgot MAP changed to 30% off MSRP from 35%... I've been calculating these new reveal prices incorrectly

Yeah there's no getting around it, that price increase makes a lot of these models a bit hard to swallow.

Honestly, I'm most hurt by the price of the Pochi... I would have gotten one, just because it was neat.

Almost $200? Nah, I'll have to wait. It's not a design that I would carry, but have because it's funky.

Love that the Swayback will have a steel lockbar insert. Ordered.

Sold off my Spydiechef because of that ti stick.

Glad to have this option.

Now ... bring back the Bowie with a lockbar insert and CRUSH sales.

Prices are getting WAY out of hand. Before seeing the prices I had around 4 of these on my radar. Now, just 1...and that's even in question. Not sure what's going on here, but what I've read today from various outlets...sounds like sales aren't going to be the greatest outside of the K390 series.

Do you have $2,000 to spare for that handful of knives?

$100 for a K390 D'fly  , might be the first FRN D'fly i have to skip. Only thing I'm certain of is I'll probably get a Rockjumper.

Lots to surprise in this Reveal. Thanx much, Spyderco.

I’m set for K390, but the Swayback, SE Pacific Salt2, Shaman sprint, and Chief sprint each has me thinking.

Surprised at the hourglass clip on the Swayback. Doesn’t seem to fit with the rest of the Slysz lineup. Nevertheless, I’ve been hoping for this one for years so I’m still, in no uncertain terms, an automatic day 1 purchase on this one.

Hey Rick, I quite taken by the Swayback so fair to say I want one.

To put things into perspective there won’t be too much change from $AU500. For about the same money beloved wife and I could go up north to visit friends for a week.

Kind of makes it hard for me to justify buying yet another flash knife to play with.

Fantastic Reveal. Great job Spyderco.

Must buy: SE PacSalt 2, Swick 5, Native Chief sprint, Swayback, new Mule.
On the fence for the K390 series, but most likely I'll wait for the Police 4.

Nice reveal.

Swayback looks nice except the stamped clip. I don't understand at least why no wire clip like all the previous Slysz designs. There must be an excess of stamped clips in Spyderco warehouses and they are trying to get rid of them. This needs extra investment on a custom clip, so 318 EUR on Lamnia + clip.
Blade says hollow-ground, hope it's not too thick behind the edge.

I was interested in a couple of Swicks until I saw the price at 155 EUR, so maybe just one.

Delica K390 looks nice, only 148 EUR - cheap recession prices.

Still no Pacific Salt 2 in LC200N.
