Interesting thing about this Reveal: Heavy focus on the wider "Endura" (and "Native") family. And a lot of backlocks.
Not that I´d complain about that..

Not a single "Military familiy member", especially no PM2 or Para 3 variant. Which is rare.

PS: Does the Rock Jumper belong to the Endura family ?!
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

Hope this question is ok in this thread. I am newer to knife collecting and want to make sure I understand the Mule Team concept as I am interested in this upcoming release.
  • This knife is only sold through Spyderco.com and the factory store?
  • If so, is there a way to know when the knife is available?
Thanks in advance for the answer.

There’s a Military 2 with comp lock coming down the pipeline as stated in Sals bombshells.

Personally I think this reveal is refreshing without so much focus on PM2 and Para 3

Z-wear Shaman and SpyOpera for me, if I get some.

That Pochi looks bizarre... But I like that :spyder: is bold enough to release such a design! Good job!!

I also think it's refreshing. I have nothing against all the especially Para 3 variants, but if things get a bit "rounded up" and production capacities and focus go to a broad variety of models, that's nice.

/ Yes, I know about the Milllie 2... won't discuss it here (once more) though... ;)

I can't help but like the Pochi...

What's up with the tail? Purely aesthetic, or does it have a function?

Pochi is adorable, but $270 MSRP is a tad steep for a pure novelty
I can't find any info on the designer

Yes, the mule team knives are only sold directly through spyderco. If you have the spyderco app, you can sign up to be notified when things are in stock, but I'm not sure if that's the case with the mule teams. Your best bet is probably to watch this forum and the members here will post when they see it available.

I was a little surprised about that too. Not that there's anything wrong with the stamped clip, but I could have sworn the prototype featured a wire clip.

Just did a quick search because I had to know, lol. Here's a link to Marcin's prototype--the one I believe I held at the Blade Show two years ago. It features a custom (non-wire) clip. Not being critical here, but I really wish the production version matched this one: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/mar ... e.1181692/

Nope, the clip is a seperate piece.

You're right - I definitely misread the description. I guess it's just an extra piece then. :o
