Hi DTPrime,

Doesn't look right to me. Call Charlynn in customer Service. I'll give her a "heads-up".

Got mine directly from Spyderco about 4 months ago. The steel seems to stay much sharper than my half-dozen H1 steels I've used for many years. The Siren feels Great in the hand, no water worries, and after using it at several meals, the edge is still fantastic. I have discovered one thing (not trying to be That Guy, sorry), but I have learned i despise wire clips. They feel terribly cheap, mine has already loosened up once. I have a knife or two.....(as my friends/co-workers roll their eyes....) and I don't think I have ever bought a knife with a wire clip. I wont buy another wire clip Unless I Know someone makes an aftermarket "normal", solid clip. I FINALLY located a guy that makes a titanium clip, & it's on its way now.
But other than that, The Siren is an Amazing blade. The blue liner is a bonus! If you've been putting it off, grab one. They are well worth the money.
