I snapped the clip on my Kopa the first day I had it. Digging around in the car, I snagged it on a car seat and SNAP! Called Amanda and she said that there were no clips in stock (newness and all) but that she'd look around. Lo and behold, about two weeks later, in my mailbox, a new clip and screws. Service like this NEEDS to be shared.
