Welcome to the forum! :)

I am pretty sure that Cuscadi would/could do that.
Suingab perhaps too?
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):

Your're going to need to contact a custom maker, pretty sure that no one is making them as a stock item. Aftermarket scales are a niche market to begin with and a lefty model is even more niche.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)

Sunigab does not make scales for the lefty model. Or at least not when I asked a few months ago.

Iirc, I read a while back that firesideco would make them, but assume it would be a custom order and you may need to send the knife in?

Have been meaning to follow up on that actually, but keep blowing my play money on other new knives. :o

Would this be that much harder than making the right-handed ones? Like do you actually need to have a lefty model to test fit?

I guess it depends on how you make them. Making a mirror image of something isn't always easy. I bet it would be easier with a CNC than by hand.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

Right, now I remember he said something like he´d only make scales for knives he´d personally own and have at hand...

But Cuscadi will most likely make custom scales by request: Differently to Suingab (who obviously does great work!) they accept if one sends the knife to them, they make and install the scales at their place and send the knife back.

Bladeswelove makes them. Check for him on Instagram, or go to https://bladeswelove.com/
He makes them for his PM2 Ultra. Which is a hybrid compression/button lock variation, and is built from the left handed model.
Just tell him you need a set, and that he can leave out the button hole for you! :D

https://www.rcbladeworks.com/ makes a lefty PM2 scale set to order, your choice of micarta. It might take a couple of weeks, but his work is impeccable and he was a pleasure to deal with.

You need to go to the "Made to Order, 2 Scales" section, select the material, then select the model.

This is correct. Now good luck choosing which micarta best suits your tastes!

Actually just ordered a set for the lefty PM2 from RC this morning. Went with the black and green canvas, hoping for the best!
