I stole a C53 yesterday

#1

Post by tvenuto »

;) ...well, only figuratively! I won what appears to be a very clean PS titanium C53 Peter Herbst on the bay for under $90 !

I’ve always loved this knife, and I can’t wait to see it in the flesh. It reminds me of the original Tron movie with the blue lines (I’m an early 80s child). Some pics from the listing:

Nice find.

The old ones I seek all have the “2” or “3” digit just after the dollar sign.

Great score, congrats!
I have both the Ti and Alu Herbst myself.

Someone traded me one of those years ago, a factory second (which there were A LOT) with bad lock slip - was not popular and took me a while to sell it

Always loved the blue accenting

Have to say, a very nice and clean desing.
What are the scales made from, alluminium or titanium?
