Dragonfly black hardware?

I have a really great ZDP 189 dragonfly and think it would look nice with black hardware...

It came that way? Needs a black blade to go with it. Like the new Pacific Salt, I like the black hardware, only if the blade's black too.

As far as the bill boarding goes, the limited nature doesn't change the big *** letters on the side. They're ugly to me personally. Not for everyone though.

In my opinion, it's not that bad at all. Certainly doesn't ruin the knife.

Ruins it for me. Such a great color combo and then you put a bumper sticker on it. Right out of the box I'd have taken a sharpie to it. I'm holding out hope the color combo will come back in a Delica or Para 3 LW.

Agreed. It's a beautiful knife with an unaesthetic "bumper sticker" on it. I suspect if nuttin fancy had his way, there would have been 12,000 words stuck on it instead... :D

Dropping a link here to a related thread (obviously, self interest :-) involved )...Sal in post 2 said they'd keep an eye on the thread to gauge interest in a blacked out version. I saw a blacked out Para 3 LW the other day, and it made me think of this. If you're interested, please chime in!

Did you ever end up putting that black wire clip on this one to match the hardware?
