Don't forget about Knives Plus. They have not dropped there yet either. :)

One of these days I will convince you that you need a Manix in your life! Maybe if I carry my Manix in 52100 and post pics about how AWESOME it is all next week, that will do the trick ;) I know 52100 is your weakness!

To Manix or Not To Manix?

I don’t own one. Primarily because I’m not a fan of leaf shaped blades, they look a little bulky, a little heavy and I buy with my eyes.

Wish I could handle one before I took the plunge and placed an order.

Hey Alex, the Manix is a bit of a wide knife...but it is also a pretty thin knife. I know you're a big fan of the Military. I'll take a couple photos of them together for comparison and post them up for you tomorrow morning.

Different strokes for different folks, but of my 20 Spyderco knives I have more Manix's than any other model :)

Thanks heaps, Rick! Very kind of you! :)

I’ve had a Manix in and out of the cart at KC about a dozen times since I joined the Forum but always seem to favour something else over it.

I wanted to throw a vote in for the Manix being a great compliment to the Military and encourage everyone on the fence to grab a Manix if they can. The Military is my favorite regular production knife platform that Spyderco makes and the Manix is an excellent companion. Their blade shapes and the ergos of each are different enough that they each excel at different tasks. For a second carry or even primary I much prefer the Manix over the PM2.

They must've gotten a second shipment- I got one there last week. I wonder if other places will, too.

Never mind. Got the text at 1:00, checked and they were there. Came here posted, and now they’re gone. That was fast.
