The filet knife I got from Sal for a small donation. $25 for the Ambitious, $35 for a BD1N UKPK, which has probably blown me away the most. I also got a NIB Pygmy Warrior for $50. Got the Police 4 for $140 after selling the Atlantic salt it was bundled with for $50.

The real deal IMO though is the Bow River and Zcut I got for $35 and $20. Great blades for the money.

Any of the factory seconds, but more specifically the Police 4 I got for $60 last year has the be the best value I've ever gotten at the sale.

I really think the Kapara is the best value. With the top notch materials you get for the price (S30V, Solid CF, Red G10 Back Spacer, Pivot Bushing, and Comp Lock) it’s really hard to beat.

Mules are great value for the fit and cool steel you get...Byrd Rescue 2's are such good knives I've bought 25 or so.

Don't have one for myself now though 🙃

I have several that were a really great value.

A few years ago I bought the Sage 2 that I have in my pocket today for $85. It was gently used but still a great deal
Bought a LNIB Sage 1 from the same guy for a similar price as the Sage 2

Caly 3.5 ZDP/CF new for $105-ish
Native 5 Maxamet for like $80. It's a factory second but I still can't figure out why
both my Chaparrals were a great deal and the FRN/LW one is an exceptional value
Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most!

In my mind, best "deal" and best "value" are kind of different things.

Best values for me would be the Byrd Hawkbill and the Bow River.

Best deals are on disco'd items, the PITS in particular.

This. So lucky I'm about 10 mins from Golden :spyder: Any Spydercos you get from the 2nd sale is the quintessential "value" Spyderco.

Probably one of my UKPKs. Value in what I paid for it relative to today's price, and how much use I got out of it already during my international travels. I think it was it was like $80 at the time, plus I used $20 coupon.

Me too!, Me too! :p

This all happened while I was asleep and they've actually had me working this morning so I couldn't post earlier!

Edit to add: The Waterway also represents excellent value ... US made, 100% corrosion proof, $130, how could you go wrong? :)

I’ve got a Pacific Salt that I paid about $60 for just a few years ago. Given the amount of use and abuse that thing has seen in crazy harsh environments it’s hard to imagine a better value for my money.

The UKPK is a phenomenal value, no doubt. I’m surprised at how much I like mine. The quality of materials, fit and finish, at the price point is hard to beat.

I think my GB2 was $118 from national knives, Sage1 about $100. Both great values IMO. The pre MAP days were glorious.

If we are talking strictly best price, that jcpenny deal was pretty crazy https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/fp/291648

Hmm, from what I bought....Bow River is really neato.
Also Pacific Salt that I bought from Warstein, that was crazy deal.
From today's production.....Province for sure. Big slab of 4V for this price is tough to beat.

They are all very unique I find this impossible to answer. The ones I do not have been sold or are getting ready to be.
