I quite like the cup. The one with the lc200n lil native backlock blade. Because it makes me wonder.... Does this mean a Lil native salt might be in our future?

I can finally get my fave steel (Rex45) in both of my two favourite knives (Shaman/Manix2) -- Soooooo excited, this means I literally have zero disposable income for the forseeable future, and I couldn't be happier about it.... also, love the new scale texture/colour for the s45vn, and the spy27 .... Home run guys, best reveal ever!!!

I'm looking at the S45VN Para twins. Maybe the Rex45 Para 3 LW.

Pretty stoked on the SPY27 steel, the knives were Green instead of blue. :-)
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

All the Manix sprints are great. 2 Rex sprints and the SPY which I assume will be regular production.

Still waiting for Spyderco to throw us CBBL lovers a bone and give us something other than the Manix to enjoy.
More CBBL please!

I am continually amazed how Spyderco keeps you wanting more. And more. And more!

Moarrr Rex! Chief is a strong possibility for me, but I've yet to try a Lil Native either. Think I'll hold out for a Manbug in K390. The glass is pretty dang cool, and I wouldn't mind one of those messenger bags either.

I already noted the two knives I am interested in.

One thing I just noticed, and am curious as to why this is. Looking at the MSRP of the REX line. Specifically Manix LW and G10, vs Native LW and G10, both of which are made in Golden.

First, both Natives are more expensive than the Manixes (Manixi?). One would think smaller knife with less material would equate to lesser price. Perhaps the backlock is costlier to produce?

But what makes less sense to me is that the difference between the LW and G10 in the two models. Manix price difference of the LW compare to G10 is $5. The difference between the two Natives is $75?

I haven't seen much chatter about it but I am intrigued by the Bombshell. I just hope they don't place numbers on the blade.

It's a flash batch, so it will be numbered.

From the Reveal 4 - "A Flash Batch showcases a brand-new design that has not been previously produced and will never be duplicated in the exact same form again. To make them even more unique and collectible, Flash Batches are individually serialized with a laser engraved number on every blade."

Yojimbo 2 black, because they’ve started blacking out the compression lock.

I'd have to say the native chief, followed by the lil native, haven't tried either of these models but I love me some patina and i only really buy one of each model/steel. Trying to decide which one would be a better fit for the steel. Hmmmmm.

I didn't catch that before, but it does say the liners and standoffs will be black. I was interested before but I think that settles it. I'll have to try the Yojimbo. I hope they adopt that into other models. It's always bothered me having a DLC blade and clip but the internal hardware being uncoated.

I guess I'm mostly excited to try the new steels. Also interested to see if 20cv becomes the new Taichung standard.

Pacific Salt 2 because the only thing that wasn't my favorite about the original was lack of tip down

Pac Salt 2 makes me very happy too.

For me it is not about tip down (I am tip up carry guy), but just to know should I ever need a replacement for my beloved yellow Pac Salt, it will be right there, regular production, and will be even better for I slightly prefer the E4 handle. :)
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

The Astute could be my perfect knife, but I've just never been a fan of 8Cr13MoV. I maybe just have to break down and try it regardless.

That Watu is awfully tempting, too, as is the new Pacific Salt. If I can't get one of the old ones before they're all out of stock, I might have to grab the updated model.

One of those K390 Ladybugs might just end up on my keychain at some point.

You're right. That's definitely the more important point/consideration!
