And getting better by the day!

I've bought :spyder: "seconds" -the ones with the notch cut on the blade- and spent hours trying to figure out what made them seconds. The seconds are the perfect hard-use, EDC knives. Why? Because they are seconds. Why are they seconds? I have no clue, but I'm happy to find them (an Endura for $20.00 to $25.00 or $15.00 if it has no clip- the guy selling them also sells clips for $3-5.00).
For the non-seconds, value, durability, and The :spyder: Hole.

Quality, Integrity, Service, Interaction.

Think about it... How many knife companies out there actually ask thier users what *they* want, as compared to how many make something and say "here's the new trend"...

Having a worldwide group of extended family isn't a bad deal either.

It's all about the HOLE. When your thumb finds the hole you have complete control of your knife. The location of the hole is allways in perfect balance with the whole knife. If you change your EDC now and then, as long as it's a Spyderco you don't have to think. With the HOLE your off hand works just as good. No opening device can beat the function of the HOLE. :spyder:

i buy spydies for a few reasons

1. high quality materials
2. the hole
3. because the company stands behind its products
4. they come finished to very high standards
5. brilliant ergonomics
6. most of their knives are thin and easy to carry they dont dig into you
7. excellent value for money - example $120 au buys me either a vg10 delica or another companys knife using aus6, aus8, 440c or even 420 steel

how many other knife companys "go crazy" when it comes to finding other ways of doing things
from spyderco we have had - a great opener (the hole) the first folder with a clip, funny looking knives (but they are so comfortable to use)
i will not stop buying spydercos - ever
