VG10 (Endela SE most of the day)
H1 (Pac Salt SE on a short hike)
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

Well when I tried to update the thread I had some connection issues. It's only two days until the week is over so I'll update it all then.

Victorinox + VG10 spydies for me since I made this thread.

PM2 S30V, first day !
Along with my Opinel n°8, carbon steel. It feels, cuts and sharpens way better than their stainless models.

Carrying S30V for the last couple of weeks while ironing out some edge stability issues has reminded me how - issues aside - I just get more enjoyment out of other stainlesses.

ZDP-189 (Caly 3.5)
AEB-L (Urban)

Later, out in the garden:
