Use a high powered flashlight (1000+ lumens if possible) to charge it up. My son got some GITD slime in some kit the other day and it didn't glow very bright from our household lights. Once I hit it with my 1000 lumen torch it glowed pretty darn bright. I hopefully will have a delica in hand tomorrow to check out myself.

I have a UV test light I can use just the same. I guess for how thin it is it glows as it should.

Awesome! Happy to have helped. WMK is an excellent retailer. They sent me a replacement knife once usps had taken longer than 10 days to deliver one I ordered(it had gotten lost in transit). I received an obviously damaged and returned knife from SMKW that was replaced immediately. While it may not look favorably on their QC, everyone makes mistakes and they took care of it quickly and with great customer service.
