It sounds like the pin wore out and sheared off inside.

I also recommend calling Spyderco Warranty, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use some grammar.

I was struggling aswell, lol.

As stated above, the pin probably sheared. Send it to them, they'll take care of you.
