Working for Spyderco
As a knife enthusiast I can think of little else that could beat working for my favorite company. Hoping the good folks at Spyderco are willing to give some insight.
What sort of things do you all look for in your employee’s as far as skills and background?

Hi Busybaileymaile,
FYI: The first most important value at Spyderco is Honestly. If you are not 100% honest, the conversation is over.
The second is reliability. It doesn't matter how good you are if you don't show up.
The third is ability.
We've learned that we cannot teach the first two. If your parents didn't teach you to be honest and reliable, we don't have a shot.
