The Dallas-green bay game looks like the one to watch today. I’m thinking Dallas will take this one.
As I said in my previous post I'm picking the Packers to win down there in "Jerry-Land". IF Dak Prescott doesn't win this one he can pretty much forget nailing down his highly anticipated mega-dollar contract>> at least for now anyway. I still don't think Dallas has gotten over their loss last Sunday Night with New Orleans. Personally I was beside myself that the Saints won that game. Zeke Elliott only running for 36 yards  After inking his contract no less >> Oh well today the results will be devastating to which ever team that loses. I'm still with the Packers.
We already have some bad traffic jams here in KC for tonight's game Chiefs vs Colts Sunday Night game. ARROWHEAD will be really loud tonight for sure. This is a Must-Win for the Chiefs.
Better start taking the Oakland Raiders more seriously>> they just beat the Chicago Bears 24-21. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Jon Gruden is getting results way faster than I thought he would.
Well I might have to at least have a sandwich made with Crow meat>> Pittsburgh just lost in overtime 26-23. I truly thought they were going to pull it off. I still think Dallas is going to lose today. I bet Green Bay holds Zeke to under 100 yards.
And by the way what has happened to the Atlanta Falcons  They just lost another game. But I did find out a piece of information that might give us a hint. Remember that horrible defensive coordinator we had in KC>> yeah Bob Sutton. He's with Atlanta now  Boy are they going to be sorry :D
Well, you’re right about not being able to predict these things. Cowboys are stinking up the joint and proving to be just another mediocre team among many.
Oakland has nothing. Don’t read anything into that. They are a straight up trash fire.
Buffalo bounced back. That’s good.
And New Orleans just keeps on winning even without brees. Would not have guessed that.

I just had a real deep gut feeling that there was something very fundamentally flawed in the Cowboy's team last week against New Orleans. It's only the 3rd quarter but I feel that Green Bay is going to hang on to win>> at the Cowboy's home stadium no less ( Jerry-Land)
Just immediately after Zeke got his new mega-buck contract he is now showing very little in return. He was horrible in the Saint's game. Haven't seen his numbers today but it doesn't look good. I've always been a fan of Jason Witten and I feel really sad for him that he doesn't have any more support. Well I was wrong about the Ravens>> but they just barely pulled it out.
I'm really positive about the Chiefs tonight but I don't consider it a guaranteed win by any means. I just hope that our defense keeps getting better. At least we are rid of Bob Sutton and I bet he's part of the problem down in Atlanta. They are going to deeply regret that one
Well I got 2 out 3 so far. Dallas just lost to Green Bay 34-24. I was even surprised at how well Aaron Rogers did today. But since last week when Dallas lost that game in New Orleans I just knew right then that there was something really fundamentally wrong with their game plan. Dallas has some serious problems. Jason Garrett better be looking hard in the rear view mirror. And Dak Prescott better forget about his big pay day for the time being. I was so wrong at the first of the year because I really thought that Dallas was going to be a powerhouse team. It just doesn't appear to be that way anymore.
Most people in sports radio predicted Dallas would win this game easily. I'm not so sure that they are going to win any time soon.
Well we still have the Chiefs tonight and the Niners and Browns tomorrow night.
And Just think that Mitch Turbisky was chosen way ahead of him in the NFL Draft. Andy Reid had that one figured out. I could tell by the reactions of the Chief's staff at the Draft that the Chiefs knew that they won the lottery with that selection. I had not seen that much excitement at a Draft since we got Derrick Thomas many years ago. If we could get another defensive monster like Derrick Thomas to go with Mahomes I think we could be UnStopable!!
His ability to make plays while moving outside the pocket is nothing but impressive! He is deadly accurate too!
Not to mention those weird and awkward sidearm throws Pat Mahomes makes. Like I said earlier if we could get one or two defensive monsters on our roster I think we would be capable of beating anyone. The two years we had Joe Montana wasn't even this good>> and those were two fantastic years.
It's not so much as "The Colts Are For Real" as it is "The Chiefs just flat out failed on both sides of the ball. **** Kelce dropped about 5 passes that he normally catches. Our defense took 3 steps backwards. The Front Line did a horrible job of protecting Mahomes. The Sports Radio stations here in KC are so full of anger. This is a truly very sad day here in KC. I'm embarrassed for the team.
But I was right about Dallas getting beat by the Packers. If you want to call a team "For Real" I would give that distinction to the Green Bay Packers. Now that Aaron Rogers has a real, high powered running back I really don't see hardly any team in the NFC stopping them at all.
I just can't believe all the changes we've seen on the NFL landscape in the first 5 weeks. I"m glad that I didn't go to ARROWHEAD tonight. And most of the fans calling into the radio shows are absolutely livid  Well if the 49ers beat the Browns Monday Night I'll be 3 out of 5. And that's not bad with all the unbelievable upsets we've seen in the past 2 to 3 weeks. This was one strange week in the NFL.
The Colts just played a great game last night.
It's the NFL, it happens.
No worries at all for Chief fans, they are still top 2 AFC contender imo.
Just look at the Dallas Green Bay Game....Aaron Rodgers pretty much owns Texas Stadium lol. He always has.
Doesn't necessarily mean the Packers are all that.
Seriously, I doubt the Chiefs loose more than 2 more games the whole season.
Hey if you guys want to see something gut busting funny then go pull up ESPN commentator Stephen A. Smith on YOutube and listen to his rant on the Cowboys loss. It was so funny last night it even pulled me out of depression/ embarrassment :D That guy is truly the reincarnation of George Jefferson to a higher level
He apparently hates the Cowboys and he was so funny about rubbing it in that I truly about fell out of my chair last night. :D
Wow! I never expected to see that the Colts actually won that game when I woke up this morning! Honestly expected Mahomes to lead his team to a comeback.
Everyone wrote the Colts off when Luck retired, but I think Jacoby Brisset has some serious potential! I'm glad to see Brisset still has the "Wolf Pack" mentality. He was a fan favorite even as a 3rd string backup here in New England, so I think its awesome to see see him leading his own team now.
I'm having trouble picking the 49ers vs. Browns game tonight. Some of these games really are unpredictable! Still though, I'm taking the 49ers over the Browns.
Chiefs are 4-1, I would hardly call that an embarrassment or sad day...
You don't understand "Chief's Nation" ARROWHEAD stadium is like a holy shrine and a mecca of super dedicated sports fans. And for our team to lose at ARROWHEAD is considered totally unacceptable  . My lord people were bitter calling into sports radio station 810 WHB last night :o Most all of our fans thought that game was a slam dunk and should have been won by at least two TDs. No wonder Andy Reid doesn't appear in public after a loss.
And it's most certainly not advisable for people to go to ARROWHEAD Stadium wearing other team's jerseys  Yeah it's that big of a deal here among the KC faithful  and has been for many, many years

This entire year so far seems like it's been a banner year for back up QBs. Just look at that Gardner Minshew of the Jags, And Mason Rudolph is much better than I had even imagined. That game of Pittsburgh's could have gone either way. It certainly wasn't Rudolph's fault that the Steeler's lost that game. Yeah when Luck retired virtualy everyone thought that the Colts probably wouldn't win over 4 to 5 games max for the season. And just when most of the experts had the Saints written off then Teddy Bridgewater came in and has done great so far. Yes there is a case to be made that this could be thee year of the Back-Up QB in the NFL 2019
As far as NFL QBs this just might be the biggest year of the newbie and back up QBs that I can ever remember. Brings back memories of when Aaron Rogers was Brett Favre's backup. Who would have imagined he would be better than Favre>> personally I think he is in many ways.
This also brings back memories of when Jeff Hostetler won the Superbowl for the Giants as a back-up for Phil Simms. Or when "no-name" Kurt Warner as a back-up led the Rams to the Superbowl in 1999-2000 season.. Hardly no one ever gave either one of those guys a chance in a thousand.

All Mahomes did last night was prove he was actually human lol
Honestly, after reading what JD just wrote, the best thing the Chief fans can do is take a page out of the Patriots notebook and.move onto next week. And, honestly I can maybe see the Patriots fans acting like that, because they are a dynasty. The Chiefs fans acting like that when they haven't even been to to dsmn super bowl since the 60's is ridiculous and maybe the reason they haven't been to the Super Bowl since the 60's
That being said, if it was a blow out loss, that's one thing, but it wasn't and the Chiefs team has been freakin magnificent since Mahomes and Reid got there! If I was Andy Reid.....well, I ain't even gonna say. Bunch a damned spoiled baby Chief fans
I'm sorry JD I really am. But, that's just ridiculous outta Chief fans.
