Unfortunately I didn’t have a Tatanka to cut it with :( Had to settle for my Police 4 LW ;)
I don't get people who only carry one knife :thinking ;)

I love Bison! Especially in the form of cubed steak, the flavor of the meat works perfectly for that dish.

Bison burgers are delicious, so I can only imagine how good a bison steak is.

How are you liking the P4 LW?

Never had bison steak but burgers are amazing. If it were as readily available I'd never eat beef again.

There is a Ted Turner's in town and I've eaten there at least 5 times, but I've never ordered the bison steak. But it's on my bucket list!

I’m liking it a lot. I’d kinda forgotten how nice a big ‘ol’ hunk of VG-10 is. It's like an Endura, on steroids, with a finger choil :D It came in really handy while hunting down the bison in the vast open space of my local supermarket ;)
