I actually came across a little baby snake walking around the hood last night.

Good thing I had my optimized™ cutting edge serrated Pacific Salt. lol.

That is funny. Looks like a little corn snake.

Do you have coral snakes there or are they farther south than NC?

I haven't spotted any. I usually see black snakes and copperheads.

So I wondered what you mean by "lone rider", since you are not the forim member who has this nickname and uses it as a signature quite often.
No Spyderco "lone rider" as far as I know, so I thought you're maybe referring to the Tops (knives) lone rider..

But now I wonder: Maybe "lone rider" here means that the Caribbean is a "lone rider", since you only carry that and no other knife?? (I,am not a native speaker in English)

Red on yellow will kill a fellow, red on black you're OK Jack! Coral snakes and Corn snakes are all over NC, just not in high numbers.
