In another thread I wrote today about no-spin-throwing the Esee Laser Strike.
Of course I could not help to bring it along with my Endela and do a running and throwing session in the woods.. (Throwing just the Esee, not the Endela...
Look how I've already "thrown away" all the coating in the tip area of the Laser Strike... :D )

This beautiful workhorse right here. I think it may be one of Spydercos best ever, definitely one of their best work knives. Love it.
Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
It most likely is. I never really owned one, but could try it out. The ergos are just SO amazing, you almost can´t put it down again. Plus the blade is thick, but still a good slicer due to its tallness.
I´d just wish for a backlock. In this case NOT cause I prefer backlocks generally (which is the case), but cause I think the comp. lock does not work as good when wearing thicker gloves. Which could happen when using a real work knife, especially outdoors when it is cold.

Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
Sorry you guys missed the initial release. I hope it comes back soon. One of the things people complained about the most was that it was too expensive. I hope it doesn't get altered to much. I understand CQI but the best thing about this piece is the luxury. Its extremely functional "pocket jewelry". TBH I wouldn't change anything about mine, perfect for me. Free dropping, sharp out the box, ergonomically beautiful.
