As a Spyderco memorabilia junkie and a fan of coffee I’d take two in a heartbeat! I like the idea of black with a red logo but am not picky. Just would like to see it come together.

I'd probably rather see a Gold Spyder on a black mug than red Spyder.

Gloss gold would pop really nicely!

Way too fancy boy for me. I like normal, flat sided mugs with no weird lips where my lips go.

I mentioned it to management. We'll likely make something. Probably a more generic cup like Jazz mentioned. Cost is always a major consideration with accessories.

I generally find the flat sides with a holder that can be hung from a cup hook and will hang so it drips down.

It wouldn't matter what Spyderco came up with we would buy them. I'd buy a few and sweat my buddy on how to ship to me. Like Rich I love the memorabilia and the mug is an opportunity to show Spyderco.

What does a flat sided mug look like? Can you post a pic?

I’ve got enough plain Jane souvenir/memorabilia mugs that I never use. I’ve got a handful of really great mugs that have perfect balance and weight, are thicker for insulation, and have a nice lip on them. Having a great coffee mug makes enjoying my coffee that much better. Sure I can drink a beer out of the can/bottle or a Solo cup but it makes it that much better out of a quality frosty pint glass, and if you add the logo of something I love it’s the icing on the cake.

Hey Jazz, I didn’t want to sound rude, I have to understand that I take my coffee way more seriously than 99% of the people I know. All the way down to roasting my own beans at one point. I just get really pumped with any topic around coffee and add Spyderco to boot. I honestly would be fine with any mug Spyderco came out with, but I was shooting for the moon. I just hope we see something at all.

Not at all, bro. :) I hope I didn't sound rude. I'm weirdly picky about my cups.

I don't take my coffee as seriously as Dazen but I do like a nice glass or two in the morning and prefer glass to ceramic. I don't expect Spyderco to make a souvenir mug high quality and for me personally low quality glazes (even good quality) have potential health concerns so I stick to borosilicate glass.
