Here's another one sourced, I believe, from these forums. I can't remember whose it is. Please yell if you know.

It already looks like a priceless relic. (What's the opposite of a safe queen?)

That's so satisfying seeing a $180 knife really used and allowed to get dirty.

Goodness, patinas and polished edges go together like bacon and eggs. Nice pics

My Rex45 Para 3 has developed a really nice subtle patina just from the oils in my skin. I'll try to catch it in a photo but it's hard to get the right lighting. From some angles it still looks perfectly silver, and from other it has deep coppers and blues. It started around the spydiehole and has spread from there. Love this steel, least of all for it's appearance, and I really love the way it looks.

One of the things I love more than the way REX45 patinas; the edge it takes.

Love the Rex.

Looks great, almost charred! How'd it get like that?

Honestly just daily use. The patina around the spydie hole is from the oils in my thumb opening and closing the knife. Its absolutely my favorite knife in my limited collection. That being said im a user not a collector.

Here is mine. It's been pretty stainless compared to M4, HAP40, V-Toku2.
