No choil, no likey! Hopefully you all can snag one, nice color and great steel to boot!
Then why don't you just utilize the Ricasso as a choil?!
I do it all the time, not really less comfortable or less safe than many dedicated choils....
Plus, if you're NOT choking up, your hand is closer to the edge already than on a "choil-knife".
So the Delica is really a win win, has the best of both worlds imho.
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)
Not cool. Gray here, Navy there? Two very different colors.
I've said it before in reference to other knives, but it reminds me of my purple/lavender mini sheepdog that I bought based on the "BBS blue" picture they advertise. Except this time, the two colors are further apart in appearance from one another. How does something like this happen? Seems to me to be a really simple thing get the shade correct from stock pictures to shipped product. I understand sometimes they can appear different depending on the screen you are using, but that doesn't explain the case of this gray/navy-blue Delica.

The GP Knives description said it was dark grey. Although it did look bluish in their pic. At this point I have several blue knives and several grey. Even have a few that are blue/gray. I'm fine with either

I looked on KnivesPlus earlier and couldn't find it. Nice to know more than one dealer will have it.
EDIT: Hmm, I just went back to KP and typed "Delica Cru" in the search box and it shows it in the search box. However when I click to open it says they moved the page or it no longer exists.

Here’s some screen shots of a recently posted collector club members eBay listing:
Looks like the Cruwear or Maxamet Para 3/Paramilitary 2. Probably closer to the Maxamet model color.

Looks like a bad digital filter might be to blame. It just looks so different between their IG photo, and (from what I can tell) someones properly adjusted ebay photos.
They forgot to put two slabs of scratch magnets on this model XD

I think a similar thing happened with the Urban K390. I remember there were conflicting pics out there and I was hoping it was different than it turned out to be. In the end I was satisfied though. As long as it's not black or pink or something else that's weird I'm good. Grey has been pretty common with Spyderco Cruwear knives. Grey/Dark blueish would be fine too.
Para 3 Cruwear was a similar situation. Some pics showed it to be darker grey like the PM2 was. It turned out to be really light grey. I ended up dying mine to get it closer to the grey used on the PM2.

It looks like the same bluish color of the Emerson Endura/Delica
I think you nailed it. The emerson dragonfly was also listed as dark gray, but it's definitely more of a darker grayish blue. I really like the color, actually.
