YES, I'm digging those blades very very much. Especially the one in the center.

What are those? I may have to work to get one used but it looks like it might be worth it.

Why isn't Spyderco making those right now? Ughhhhh....
I really like these knives too... You can still get one new for about $250 at Sooner state knives

Oh no, I'm a day late! :D

This Friday, was Spyderco Gayle Bradley Junction FB38GP carry day for me. Man, I love this thing!

Specs are as follows. For those of you who need a reminder.

Specifications:

Blade Length: 4.15"
Cutting Edge: 3.63"
Overall Length: 8.45"
Blade Thickness: 0.098"
Blade Material: PSF27
Blade Grind: Full-Glat
Blade Edge: Plain
Blade Style: Drop Point
Handle Material: G10
Sheath: Boltaron G-Clip
Model Number: FB38GP
Model Name: Junction
Designer: Gayle Bradley
Weight: 4.1 oz.

Besides being surprised, by how much better this knife is, than I thought it would be. I am extremely impressed with the PSF27. Such a fantastic steel. I'd love to see D2 go away in all knives, in favor of PSF27.

Have you tried CPM-D2? Any thoughts on the comparison of all 3?

I'm going with the Junction today, as well.

Well Tom, I've been thinking about that. And at this moment, I'd have to say no. I don't remember having used any CPM-D2. If I recall correctly? Crucible made a melt of CPM-D2, and sold it of course. But after testing it, and getting some feedback from their customers. The consensus was, that the added cost of the CPM process, was not showing much of a benefit over the ingot method.
