Thanks! :)

/ BTW and totally off topic: Since I noticed your signature: Jakob Poeltl, who is Austrian like me, played for the Toronto Raptors, right? How did he perform (for quite the Rookie he was)?

He was actually traded to the spurs as part of a deal to acquire Kawhi Leonard who performed like a FINALS MVP. Sorry I think San Antonio went out in the first round.

So he went too soon... (but as he was sold, he probably had no choice).
Glad for you in any case that "your" team did win the NBA this season! :)

( Sorry everyone for going off topic a bit. But it´s the first time ever an Austrian player made it into the NBA actually as far as I know... no one could say we´re a basketball-nation exactly... ;) )

Police4 on my weekly hike at work. It is developing quite the patina and in the background are enough stinging nettles to feed me all summer.

Image
Does your P4 still patina for you on a hot summer day or do you see rust spots? I decided to retire mine until things cool off in the fall because my sweat was making it rust instead of patina. Miss having it in my pocket some days. I love my Pacific Salt but that extra blade length comes in handy for me.
What is a hot summer day? We haven’t had one of those yet. :( It has mostly been in the 60s or 70s and raining here. It is the third week of June and I have worn shorts maybe three times and still start each day with a hoodie or light jacket.

Meh, tough to say, I am pretty neglectful of my knives. I definitely get brown spots on it all the time. Hard to say if that is from humidity, sweat or just not wiping food or plant goo off of it. Doesn’t matter to me. I just hit it with some polishing compound and move on. So far 90% of it has come off.
