I gave up. Just ordered Chief this morning.

The Mantra 3. A perfect cross between a Para 3 and a Mule. I call it the Parule.

I got this in the mail today! I had it with me all day, and it carried very nicely for the size. It’s my first Shaman, and I am once again proven wrong in my initial negative impression of a new (to me) model. I should just buy them all :rolleyes:

I've got a Coyote Urban LW and 2 Roadies coming. The Roadies are gifts. I have never tried one myself, but I think they are just the ticket for this kind of thing.

Serrated Endela... got the shipping confirmation right now, should be here by next week. I'm quite excited, my first ffg serrated Spyderco.
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

Not a Spyderco, but will be used on all my Spyderco's...the KnivesPlus strop block. I've never used a strop before, figured it's worth a try at $25.

*edit...less than an hour later I already got shipping confirmation and a tracking #! KnivesPlus is no joke
