Help me ID this Knife...PLEASE

I have had this knife for a long time and "found" it again in the back of a drawer. I don't remember what it is and can't find anything on it

Jason Breeden has another collaboration; the Captain.
If you like the looks of the Rescue, you'll like the Captain as well ;)

My Rescue is a bit modified, but you get the point in regards to size and overall shape ;)
