Works for me.
I used to have one of those VICTORINOX Champ knives with about 50 blades on it  I thought I was the only one here that ever owned one of those. I never used it and I always just kept it for novelty and collection. But I did get a helluva trade for it. I didn't realize that those Vic CHAMP knives were so much sought after. But you don't see them often for some strange reason.

And I totally agree with you that the C-36 makes a near perfect EDC. It's going to take a supermodel for me to retire my M390 Millie.

That CHAMP had so many blades on it I didn't know where to start

It isn’t about the blades but all the tools for me.

I have a belt pouch that fit the SAK, Flashlight and a Pen perfectly. I often just drop it in my pocket though. Seems counterintuitive but the larger width helps it ride better for me.

Also yes Military for life. Don’t tell but this dang Sliverax Dan got me to get has been hogging the pocket as of late.
On my radar: 110V Military, Police 4 and some sweet Rex 45 Military action.

Newest Spydies: S90v Ti Military, Pacific Salt and a special Kiwi.

When I visit grandkiddies, birthday parties etc. I ensure I have a little LadyBug SE HB close handy. If you’ve ever tried to cut toys free that are zip tied to cardboard backing you’ll know what I mean.
I know what you mean. The Hawkbill is the archnemesis of zip ties :D

UKPK S110V probably the most underrated knife on anyones list.
M4 Shaman
Pacific Salt
Stretch 2
Recon 1 Spear Point that has seen better days but is good for bending, prying, scraping work task that would needlessly trash my good knives.

Native Salt
Caribbean PE Leaf
Manix 2 S110V
Paramilitary 2 DLC
Lady bug FRN

I alsoCarry a Leatherman wingman. The Leatherman wingman, Native Salt and Maglight XL50 are with me daily and I almost never leave them behind unless I have to go to a school, government building or dressing formal.

I will change it up depending on where I am and what I have to do.

I went through a big purge recently. The Sage 2 is a great knife, and I don't really feel the need to carry another one. That said, I am moving to Boston this summer, and they have crappy knife laws. Looks like the Dragonfly WC will be my daily carry once I get out there.

Para2, Manix2, Military, and one odd Benchmade

Para2 is my favorite EDC, I have 3 different ones. Manix2 is my favorite work knife but I also use them for EDC. Between G10, LW and XL I have 6 different ones. I use the Military frequently for weekend carry and I have 2 of them. I have one stray B______de in my EDC rotation as well. I used to have a lot of them but my Spydercos have kicked out all but one. That's 12 knives, 10 of them are used regularly.

1. Manix 2 LW: The shape is suitable for general purpose work and fits the hand nicely for "serious business." It's light. It's thin. The S110V holds a sweet edge. The lock spring is too strong.

2. Benchmade Adamas: It's big. The D2 can be made really sharp. The lock and action are SWEET, like I want my Manix to be.

3. Emerson Commander: Fits the hand better than any other knife I've ever seen. If I need to defend myself, this is the knife I choose. But the pivot is crude. The detent weak. I want to love this knife, but it will require some tuning.

4. Benchmade CQC7 LH: This knife is slick, like all liner locks should aspire to be. It's a serrated edge, which I no longer care for, and it's tip-down carry. But it's thin, light, and easy to handle. Sometimes I carry this, but the Manix 2 is a better choice.

5. Paramilitary 2, S30V, LH: I'd have bought this in more interesting steel, but it's not offered in LH. I don't actually carry this one yet. It's new and just sits on my desk. One day I'll put a GREAT edge on it and then start carrying it.
