Got this on Wednesday.. quickly becoming a favorite!
I got it about a week ago, too. With some places selling it for $147 now, I think more people should check it out. There's only 1 or 2 reviews of it on YouTube from small channels. Not many people are looking at this gem.

I got mine from Cutlery Shoppe for $147 after seeing your post on the "crazy deals" thread! Thanks for the heads up there btw! Agreed that this absolutely fantastic knife has flown under the radar. Unfortunately, there isn't much online in the way of helpful reviews that don't immediately turn into gripe sessions over the cost (though, I'll admit, I also think $211 is pretty steep..). I'm not sure how these shops are able to sell it for so much less than others (I'm certainly not complaining and have no intention of messing with a good thing), but I think $147 is VERY reasonable for the Lil Temp 3 and would recommend it to anyone at this price. Highly ergonomic and very robust for its size. It really is a great knife!

..well, that escalated quickly..

I thought I saw you post something about thinking of selling that knife? Nice to see you chose not to, as you have always seemed to enjoy it!

I had doubles, actually. The one I sold was one I had bought sort of accidentally (made a low offer on ebay and was accepted). I recently sold it off for a small profit.

Yeah I like this knife too much to sell my user. :)

My Maxamet Native has been my go to Native 5 LW lately. I still love my trusty black/S35VN version but I've been impressed by how Maxamet takes an edge and keeps it.

Same here. For some reason, I have been having trouble getting a really keen edge on my Police 4 without resorting to a microbevel. Maxamet, on the other hand, is much easier for me for some reason; I usually go with a 400 grit finish, and when finished it will bite into hair on contact.

Dragonfly today. I took the plunge and ordered the h1 version, my first salt knife. Hope it is as cool as they say...I may get a native salt sooner or later if I like it...

The Salt knives are great! Did you get the plain edge or serrated?
