Hey Dude???!!! where in the heck did you find that old Arthur Lee & LOVE LP :) ?? back in the late 60s/early 70s I had 4 of their albums. The old LOVE double album "OUT HERE" used to be one of my very favorites in that time period.

One trivia note is that one of the Manson Family played for them at one point. But they got rid of him pretty quickly when he burned Arthur Lee ( the leader of the band LOVE). I'm speaking of Bobby Beausoliel who is still doing hard prison time. And the sad thing was he actually did have some musical talent But he went crazy with the rest of the Manson clan

I was recently sad when I heard of Arthur Lee's passing. He never got the accolades he richly deserved and he was a super talented guy too. I later found out that him and Jimi Hendrix were very close friends.

Arthur Lee was awesome! My sister had the album Forever Changes that I "borrowed " numerous times.

Growing up in Olivenhain CA (part of Encinitas and next to Rancho ) I was lucky to have Lou's Records in my backyard! So much variety and and an overwhelming amount of vinyl!

Thanks for the bit of trivia. ..didn’t know that about the Manson Family member. Weird!
