Not sure if this counts as I won't carry these today - Loktite has to cure first. But I certainly handled them in the morning :) Maxamet on the left, Rex 45 on the right.

My PM2 that has been MODIFIED with Blue Urban Digital Camo scales and Black DLC blade. Love it! Thinking of getting its little brother a P3 with same Blue Urban Digital Camo scales, but with Satin blade.

DLC Day

Resized_20180926_121321.jpeg

On a side note, I honestly can't believe how strong DLC coating really is. A couple months ago I put the PM2 to work on my friends farm. Helping him out getting ready for winter when his father had a bum shoulder. Then just last weekend making tinder for a fire...that blade was pretty "scuffed" up. All I did is give it some love with some Flitz, then applied a bit of mineral oil. Looks brand new again! Can't stress enough how solid of a coating it is, for people that are hesitant to give DLC a try, because of other cheaper quality knives with black coating that scratch right off.

Flitz on DLC? How is that supposed to work or were you just referring to the edge?

Flitz right on the DLC! I don't scrub hard, just lightly in small circles. Basically buffing.
