Stonewash

Dear Spyderco,

The stone wash finish you did on the Shaman is probably the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.

Please do it on more knives.

My favorite finish is the stonewash on the 154cm manix 2. It was super silky smooth but not quite mirror.

Here, here, I vote for it as well I would rather see stone wash as the alternate to satin than just DLC

I'm a big fan of the stonewash on the Maxamet, and especially the Taichung stonewash on the Bowie and Techno...

Not sure about anyone else, but I'd love to see some stonewashed DLC in the future.

Yes my first Manix 2 was stone washed and it was so beautiful, looks a lot like the Positron's. I really wish all of them were finished this way as I feel it is a lot easier to keep from rusting and it doesn't show scratches as bad as satin finish.

Absolutely agree. I bought a dlc version of the shaman but kept carrying the stonewashed version because it was just so nice looking.

The main reason to call a masterpiece my plain-Jane S35VN FRCP Native 5 is the stonewashed blade.
