I have had the satin and the DLC... I like to pretend the DLC version is a sprint :P. I will definitely be picking up any sprint/exclusive of the Lil Native compression lock for sure. It's my favorite knife.

I think an LW version would be great. Cheaper, lighter, still incredibly capable. Let's do it in K390 to mix things up a little.

Okay, you talked me into it! I have one on the way thanks to the eBay coupon. DLC Comp Lock version. Looks pretty cool! Cant wait to try it! Interested to see how much it weighs.

Got it and liked it so much I ordered the lockback! Now the long painful wait for sprints/exclusives.

I do echo a lot of the comments here on missing the jimping on the choil and spine. Please CQI these into the current and future models.

It's a tough little knife so if it gets a sprint it should be a tough steel like Cruwear or 4V. I love mine.
Looking at Knifecenter, the plain edge comp lock has 13 reviews and the back lock has only 1. So I'm guessing the comp lock is the more popular version. Personally I prefer the back lock but I'll buy either in a sprint.

I wonder if there is one in the production pipeline. Had the 2019 catalogue still showed us new products and Sprints, maybe we would have seen a Lil Native in there with a new steel. S90V/carbon fiber perhaps?

I would like to see blurple g10 s110v or red g10 m390. We have had a lot of exciting tool steels lately but I think a blade this size doesn’t need much edge stability. I also think most of us will carry this as a lightweight gentleman or secondary backup.

20cv or S110 would be my steel choices. Given the size of this knife I’d love to see the compression lock offered with more upscale “gentleman’s knife” scale such as wood, titanium, Raffer Nobel, white micarta, etc.

Now that there is an official announcement on the Shaman's first exclusive (BHQ Jade M4), I wonder if the time is soon for a Lil Native variant. One day, a Lil Native LW needs to happen. :spyder:
