Will there be more Rex 45?

#1

Post by crazywednesday »

Or was this just a one time thing? Will retailers be able to have exclusives in Rex 45? You would think that the way people are scrambling to get these, Spyderco would extend this to other Golden made knives. What is the future of Rex 45?

What say you Sal?

Lil Native sprint is a great idea IMO.

I'm really hoping we see some exclusives in REX45.

Maybe even some Taichung models? (FRN SAGE in REX45!)

I sure hope so. I think the Golden USA heat treat is perfect for a folder blade steel.

I really need to start using the Rex that I have but I certainly wouldn't mind seeing more models with it. Don't really need any more burnt orange at this point though. I have plenty.

Been carrying my para3 all week. It's a really nice steel. The edge I can put on it with just the sharpmaker at 30inclusive is great. Cuts like a champ.

I would most definitely like more of this steel. Orange isn't a deal breaker for me if you want to stick with the theme, but a different color would be nice. As for the model, surprise me.

I certainly hope there will be more Rex45.

Manix or G10 Native 5 -- would be very hard to resist.

The Shaman would be a sure thing. I worry about the Shaman, that it will go the way of the backlock Manix.

Other than avoiding pink...., no seriously I really don't care one way or the other about color. Burnt Orange is great !!
