I just sold that knife on the auction site. Great knife though!

Shaman today and for the next two weeks. I got the knife this weekend and I’m giving it a test drive to see how I like it. It’s going to be weird not having my trusty Mili.

Manix2 CTS XHP, I want to carry the 4V but I don’t care for the scales.
Re: What Spyderco is in your pocket today??
What a fantastic knife! I still hate liner and frame locks, but this knife is darn good otherwise. My only gripe is that it could be a little bigger, I hope the Spydiechef is a little larger in the grip.

How do you like the Shaman? I've had mine for more than half a year and I still can't decide if I prefer the contoured scales. I think that all the years of handling flat Spydercos has me biassed, especially when holding a Military. To me, the millie is still top spot, and the shaman is a dead heat with the Para 2/3. One day I will spend a weekend out in the woods with the Shaman, and then have a better Idea of its worth.bearfacedkiller wrote: ↑Sun Oct 14, 2018 10:27 amContoured handles! Is it the way the light is hitting them, or are they finished completely different? Regardless, very nice and pricey duo you have there.

Looks like the Spydiechef will be nicer in my hand. The Slysz Bowie will probably be a catch and release for me, I picked up my Caribbean today and it was like an old glove.
Bowie is back in the boxie...

So far I love it. The contoured handles feel great to me.KingRat wrote: ↑Mon Oct 15, 2018 2:05 pmHow do you like the Shaman? The Military is my favorite knife. A Military with thick contoured scales like these would be ergonomic perfection.

I know the Spydiechef is PE but was wondering about the Caibbean do you have it in SE or PE Everything I have read Says H1 in Se is the way to go. I am wondering how these LC200N blades hold up in real world use.Sjucaveman wrote: ↑Mon Oct 15, 2018 10:50 pmThe Caribbean is awesome!
