I'd like to see a Manix with 5" blade. I like big, heavy folders.

Great thread. I love whining. DEEPER pocket carry on all models. I see no reason to advertise I'm carrying a knife. (I believe the P Millie would be the greatest knife of all time if it sat lower in my pocket) G10 Rescue. G10 Native(again) Forget about Aus steel. (Yesterdays news) VG10 and S30V on everything.

Mini-Manix, say something in either a 4" or 4.25" closed length with a 3" blade. Either that or a G-10 Delica. I want a G-10 handled Delica sized knife as my EDC.

One of my favorite EDC's would be a Para-Military with a closed lenth of 3"-31/4" closed :D

Also wouldn't mind seeing a Kiwi at a lower price point.

And would like to see the Cricket with a "sheepsfoot" type blade. Sorry, I just don't like those reverse "S" blades.

Like to see the Spur return in G-10.

Have many other wants, but that's a start.

I love the idea of a smaller Para-Military. As I said above I really want a Delica sized G-10 folder for EDC and this is an idea that would fit the bill nicely.

I want a full size Warncliff blade, SS handles, and available in PE, 50/50, and of course SE.

Something about the size of an Endura or Police.

Preferably not just a larger sized Kiwi.

It's kind of interesting that I started with my first post on this thread saying "All I really want is..." and now I'm on my third or maybe fourth post under this thread. This may be my last post with something I specifically want but who knows. And on to my suggestion, I want so badly to see adjustable screw pivots on the Delica and Endura models to start and on the other lightweight clipits eventually if they are deemed to be a smart decision.

I want a Stretch with a durable hollow-ground blade similar to the Pro-venator.

I'd like to see a very limited production, no-holds barred, cost-is-no-object high-tech folder.

ZDP-189 or S90V steel.

Molded monocoque carbon fiber handle (linerless, screwless, and pinless excepting only the pivot and clip mountings).

A unique locking mechanism, or at least a very unique variant of an established Spyderco proprietary lock design. (I prefer a slipjoint, but to be realistic...).

This would be the McLaren F1 of production folders. Calypso Jr. pattern would be suitable, or something in that size class.

Oh, yesssss, sssir, I am fully with Carlos here. Especially on the CF monocoque and personally I would love to see a ballbearing lock, even though that might be impossible with a monocoque design.

Some More Thoughts...

I would like to see the "baby" Spyderfly I have heard about whispered in the winds. A smaller butterfly knife could be quite a bit faster, and a lot of fun.

How about expanding the fixed blade knives, something in about 3.5" and upswept blade a la the Moran, but maybe a bit more dramatic, possibly as a nice skinner?

The more I think about it, the more I need more Spyderco knives. I will hopefully be ordering a Karambit before tomorrow is out...

CF moncoque - man, you've been thinking this through. Sign me up. It would have to have sexy lines and if the pivot could be hidden, that would be cool as heck. Slipjoint it is. Agreed.

I want a clip that disappears if you open the knife and reappears if you close it. I like the way you can clip your knife for carry but I find it somewhat unpleasant while using it.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Spyderco/Koji Hara collabration.

I'd love to see Spyderco offer more colors of FRN or G-10, especially in for the rescue/D'Allera, like red.

A Tan G-10, Black Blade Military would be nice.

A new blade shape for the Dodo, not sure which, but without the reverse-S, so I can sharpen it more easily.

I also am really interested in the Endura and Delica redesign that Sal asked for a few months ago.

I actually have all the Spydercos I want. Isn't that wierd? On second though, no I don't...

In the Spyderco Fantasies category, I would love to see a large fixed blade field knife. I am anxious to see how spyderco would make an edge capable of both chopping and fine cutting. Something to challenge the Becker Combat Utility 7, Chris Reeve Green Beret Knife and Swamp Rat offerings. Just as long as the sheath is high-quality and a brush/satin finished blade (no coatings).

In a more practical sense, I would love to see a: blue Paramilitary, blue Jester with VG-10 steel, Yojimbo trainer, Chinook II trainer, Trakk’r, an Atlantic Salt with a 79mm blade and yellow/orange handle, color FRN Kiwi, Mini Manix, and any excuse to make a limited run of the Chinese Folder.
