They go for $250-300 on eBay since so few were originally made.
Can you find it and can it cut?

Man, for how popular these were/are I am really hoping to see this combo in a Native.

They generally sell at MSRP, so that price likely reflects the MSRP.

Got mine yesterday. Great looking knife in person. Pics don't do it justice. Fit and finish are excellent. Golden has done themselves proud with this one. I feel very lucky to have been able to snag one of these.
Time for another :spyder:!

As you should. That second batch drop was a sh*t show. I was pretty disappointed as I really wanted one but refuse to pay the “reseller” prices.

I had to buy mine on the auction site after I tried to buy one of the second batch. I refreshed the site for the entire time they were supposed to be available until the site crashed; never saw them "In Stock".

It is a beautiful Para 3 and I wanted one in order to have all of the Para 3's released so far...this one and the Rex 45 were a challenge to get.

Does anyone know the number of Rivers Edge Para 3's that were produced?

I don't know exactly but after reading some posts on REC's Instagram and talking to a few people in the know it sounds like the first run was around 300 and the second run was around 200.

I was also lucky enough to grab one before they sold out. It's definitely the nicest blade in my collection. :spyder:

I assume that those who thought it was ugly didn't buy it (at least initially). At this point since demand went stratospheric, no one really cares what it looks like.

Crazy. Kicking myself for not grabbing one on the first drop. Really starting to like the Para 3 now.

Count me in on that. They just didnt intrigue me, plus already having the PM2 in OD Green/DLC/black hardware i felt they would be too similar. Don't I feel I stupid now.

I didn't think they did sprint runs that small, or exclusives. Thought minimums were 800-1200 with an option for another batch of the same size. That's almost as low as the cpm154/s90v composite PM2.

Yeah, I don't know exact details but it was an extremely small run. So small that, as you can tell, a LOT of people tried hard to snag one but couldn't. I talked to Brian over at REC and when asked if he could order another batch he said that he could get the same colors but not in the 204p. So maybe there was a limited amount of that steel for Spyderco to utilize.
