Boomer52's Delica/Verrazano scales. I ground the tang just below the blade kick with a 1" drum sander to complete the 50/50 choil feel. The handle shape fits my hands much better without all the finger grooves (which were always a compromise for me with the Delica4)... It's actually similar to a chopped Police 4 now.

Finally got around to making a handle for my Swick. I’ll probably give it another good sanding and buff again but at least it’s together now. Can anyone guess what I made the handle with?

Nice color combo. I did it with my Salt 2 and a purple handle. It looks horrible.

Modded my Boker Anso Zero to a more sane looking (and useful) semi skinner blade shape. Sorry for the blurriness.

I did that to my opi n.8 too, but kept the nail nick and gave it a much more raw and careless "chop" to the blade, :p

Looks nice still. I had to really take a chunk out so I could open the blade.

Do it, bro. Just gently round those edges and cuts and that'll look great.

Very nice. Looks great and streamlined. IF it was mine, I'd round off the sharp edges of the scales a tad too. Just sayin', but if you happened to do that, do it under a trickle of running water so there's no crap going in your lungs. Thanks for sharing your work. :cool:

I think I'm going to pick up a sheet of micarta and try to make some scales. I've got some plans to acid/stone wash the blade eventually also

I made a shallow carry pocket clip for my K390 Urban.





It was difficult to remove the Urban from my pocket due to pinching my pocket material with the deep carry clip. Now I can pinch above the pocket to pull up and out. Much better!!!
